Guest Reviews & Ratings
My stay at the hotel was simply wonderful. The rooms were beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable, with a large shower, plenty of natural light, and a super comfy bed. The staff were so sociable and helpful, even fulfilling our request for milk for a morning cup of tea. The location was fabulous, just a short walk through the Historic District to downtown Savannah. The dining experience was incredible every morning, and the facilities made my stay even more enjoyable.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of delight and disappointment. While I enjoyed chatting with other guests in the well-lit ground floor room during the day, the lack of windows and outdated fixtures in the basement room left much to be desired. The location was fantastic, close to everything, with a free shuttle nearby for convenience. The friendly service made us feel welcome, although the dining experience fell short with a meager breakfast spread.
The hotel offers a mix of luxury and drawbacks. The rooms are elegant with high-end amenities, but the lack of windows can be a downside. The service is attentive and personalized, enhancing the overall experience. The location is central, making it convenient for sightseeing, but the distance from some attractions may require transportation. The dining experience varies from impressive to lacking, depending on the dish. Overall, it's a charming stay with a few considerations to keep in mind.
